Use the BACK and NEXT buttons at the bottom to move through the pages of the application.

The last page has a button labeled SUBMIT APPLICATION at the bottom.  Click that button to complete the application.

Once you have submitted the application, you should receive a Thank You acknowledgement on your screen.  You should also receive an email confirmation.
